第一法分光光度法適用于嬰幼兒食品(不含特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途嬰兒配方食品中的乳蛋白部分水解配方、乳蛋白深度水解配方和氨基酸配方)和乳品中左旋肉堿的測定。
第二法柱前衍生-高效液相色譜法適用于食品(不含特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途嬰兒配方食品和特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途配方食品)中左旋肉堿的測定。
第三法液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法適用于嬰幼兒配方食品和特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途配方食品中左旋肉堿的測定。
Scope:
This standard specifies the method for determination of L-carnitine in foods.
The Method I Spectrophotometry applies to the determination of L-carnitine in foods for infants and young children (excluding partially hydrolyzed milk protein formulas, extensively hydrolyzed milk protein formulas, and amino acid formulas among formula foods for special medical purposes intended for infants) and milk and milk products.
The Method II Precolumn derivatization-high performance liquid chromatography applies to the determination of L-carnitine in foods (excluding formula foods for special medical purposes intended for infants and formula foods for special medical purposes).
The Method III Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry applies to the determination of L-carnitine in formula foods for infants and young children and formula foods for special medical purposes.
